Special Features of Plummer Block
- Single piece bearing housing to increase strength of plumber block & life of bearing.
- Special bearing design to take highly miss-alignment of shaft.
- Single piece Bearing housing will take load on all angle.
- Length of Inner ring of bearing is extended to get high gripping with shaft and additional locking provision is also available.
- Both side oil seal locking arrangement
- Reinforcement rectangle base with slot type fixing arrangement for easy assembly with machine.
- Reinforced housing with good heat flow to increase stiffness of housing.
- Outer ring of bearing is fixed instead of inner ring to allow high miss-alignment.
- Easy assembly of Plummer block.
